Vijay, the flamboyant Tamil actor who launched his party, Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam (TVK), eight months ago, on Sunday took an apparent dig at the ruling DMK, alleging that “one family” was looting the people of the state through underground dealings. The MK Stalin-led party hit back, asserting that there was no proven case of corruption against the DMK and said there was no basis to Vijay’s allegation.
